Daisy Birthing - Birth preparation classes Daisy Birthing classes are FEDANT (Federation of Antenatal Educators) approved weekly antenatal classes. Combining yoga inspired movement, birth breathing, education and hypnosis-relaxation, the classes aim to help you birth with confidence, whatever your birth plan. Classes are for mummies-to-be only and will provide you with a range of movements and techniques to prepare emotionally and physically for labour and birth. We build on these week-on-week so that you'll feel confident in using these techniques for your birth - they'll be second nature!
