Code of Conduct Training – EF handed out a document outlining the difference between the old and new Codes of Conduct.  It was agreed that no further training would be required.

 

 

 

4.                  Churchyard Maintenance – EF tabled an e-mail received from a visiting relative regarding the long grass and unsafe steps in the churchyard.  The matter has been referred to Doreen Bodily, Secretary of the Parochial Church Council as they are responsible for the upkeep of the churchyard.

 

5.                  Date of Next Meeting – The next meeting will be held at 7:30pm on Monday 3 September 2007 in the Village Hall.

 

                        There being no further business to discuss, the meeting closed at 7:22pm.
